Charlene Brown is the owner of Serene Fitness LLC, a business she started in November 2019 after working in the health and fitness field since 2003. Charlene is AFPA certified in Personal Training, as well as Nutrition Consulting.

During her 19 years of personal training experience, she has worked in various gym settings as well as physical therapy offices. She has a passion for helping clients to lose weight and gain control of their health and overall wellbeing. Whether your goals are to lose weight, gain strength, or improve balance and mobility, Charlene will cater your workout regime to help you reach those goals! She is a wife and mother of one, and she enjoys working with women during pregnancy to keep healthy as well as during post pregnancy to regain strength, a tone body, and endurance. She also enjoys training athletes for strength and endurance for specific events or sports!

Charlene promotes overall good health and nutrition and she has a true passion for exercise! She believes everyone can find joy within exercising and self-care, and it is truly finding what activities drive that person to want to be active and stay active! She loves to see her clients reach their goals, and in turn feel better about their health and bodies! She is currently training clients online, where her and the client meet online through an application called zoom. This allows the clients to be trained from their computer at their home, gym, college or even during vacation! Charlene also enjoys outdoor training, where she can incorporate a boot camp like feel outdoors for fun enjoyable workouts, as well as preparing clients for outdoor events and sports.

Includes:

  • 1 Hour max Initial Consultation
  • 1 Specialized Meal Plan designed to meet the needs and goals of the client
  • Follow up call for 30 minutes at end of 4 weeks to discuss progress

Secondary Packages – Can be purchased after First 4 Weeks  Completion of Start UP Package:

Accountability / Revisions & Additions On Current Plan / Follow UP Meeting:  $105.00

Includes:

  • Accountability/Question answering/Encouragement via text for 4 weeks on current plans
  • Additions / Changes made to any current plans
  • Follow up meeting via zoom or phone call 30 minutes at end of 4 weeks

Accountability / Follow UP on Current Plan: $55.00

Includes:

  • Accountability/Question answering/encouragement via text for 4 weeks while continuing on with current plans
  • Follow up meeting via zoom or phone call 30 minutes at end of 4 weeks

Additions/Revisions made to current plan to be followed out on your own: $50.00 extra

Weekly Check ins where the client sends Nutrition Logs for me to look over: $10.00 extra to any plan

Online Classes

Whether you are looking to lose weight, gain strength, improve balance or increase muscle tone, Serene MOVEment includes a wide range of workouts to help you reach your goals!

Accessed only through FB private group, this video library of pre-recorded workouts allows each client to do the exercise on their own schedule and in their own home or gym.

All you need is WIFI, your device to watch the videos, and at least 1-2 variety of dumbbell weight sets (additional equipment may be used).

What is included…

  • New 30 minute – 1 hour workout each Saturday.
  • A variety of strength training, balance, endurance, kickboxing, barre and core.
  • Split workout routines targeting different muscle groups, as well as full body.
  • Allows the client to choose which workouts are best suitable for their individual goals and needs!
  • Can be used as a stand alone, paired with my personal training one on one via zoom, add to your regimen.
  • Modifications to cater the workouts to best suit your physical needs to stay safe while exercising.
  • The program cost is currently $20 per month

I believe in putting faith and fitness together as well as incorporating  God’s word and biblical principles helping my clients meet their personal health and fitness needs!

Exercise helps not only the physical but the mental state too!

Motivating my clients to be consistent with their exercise routines and to work hard each week to take care of their health and wellbeing is paramount to me! I desire to walk with my clients to set and reach realistic goals encouraging them to never give up on their health and fitness!
